CPD Credit
Enter the number of CPD credits. 1 hour is equal to 10 credits. Therefore if the activity was 3 hours, enter 30. To comply with the FITAS scheme, each individuals CPD should be equal to 300 credits after a 3 year period. This will be checked during the periodic audit.
FITAS Membership Number
